  • How do I pay for my Programs?
    All programs will be paid via an automated payment system online.
  • How often do I have to pay for a Program?
    Each program level duration is 4 weeks. There are no locked-in contracts therefore, when you are ready to progress further, a program upgrade will be required.
  • Are my Programs refundable?
    Due to Primofit branding and confidentiality policies, training programs are non-refundable.
  • How do I complete a One-on-One Program?
    One of our Fitness Professionals will schedule a suitable time for a Skype Consultation to further discuss your future health goals.
  • If I reschedule my Home Training Sessions, will I be charged for a new session?"
    Sessions that are missed will not be charged, your trainer will arranged a suitable time for completion.
  • How do I track my Training Progress?
    Your fitness professional will provide you with specific body measurements that you must configure at the beginning and end of each program. Our Professionals will analyse your data and provide progression reports and body fat percentage tracking.
  • How do I obtain the Video Training Guides?
    Once you have purchased a video training guide, a web link will be sent to you via email to view. You will have lifetime access to the video guides when you are subscribed to Primofit.
  • Is PrimoFit Apparel refundable?
    Primofit apparel is non-refundable but you may exchange within 7 business days. There will be no store credits.
  • How long does PrimoFit's Apparel delivery take?
    Delivery time will take 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
